Plymouth is governed by the congregation, with our congregational meetings called and held on an as-needed basis. Between congregational meetings, decisions are made by the Congregational Council, which meets monthly. Plymouth also has eight standing Church Boards, including Administration, Property and Finance; Adult Education; Children and Youth; Community Service and Social Action; Fellowship and Recreation; New Member; Parish Care; and Worship. Church members are nominated and elected to Boards. Some members of the congregation are involved through service on the Boards of the church. Many are involved through Covenant Groups and Ministry Teams. The Plymouth staff includes a Church Business Administrator, Wendy Blight, who is responsible for financial matters as well as buildings and grounds.
