Lenten reflection

Lent, the forty days (or forty-six days if you count Sundays) from Ash Wednesday to Easter, is a time of reflection, and for many, a time of abstaining. This year, instead of abstaining from chocolate, for example, (which is full of health-giving properties) you might consider abstaining from fear and anxiety. I may have more on that topic later.

Boxing Day to Epiphany

After you have opened all the presents and eaten your fill, what do you do? Are you done with Christmas for another year? Not so quick! Tomorrow is Boxing Day.
