Pause

Light and Dark

Today, December 19, would have been my mother's 96th birthday. She just missed it by a little over two months. Yesterday was my grandson's first birthday. Birth and death: the bookends to our lives. We are about to celebrate Jesus' birth knowing that in a few months we will be reflecting on his death and resurrection.

Christmas Customs
