Joys, Concerns, Events and Announcements

Attention Board and Committee Chairs Plymouth Church Annual Report information is due Friday, December 29. If you are on a committee or board, please talk with your staff liaison about content. The Annual Report is both an opportunity and an obligation to summarize the purpose/mission of the committee/board, highlight the year’s accomplishments and share goals for the year ahead. The report will be published and distributed in advance of the Annual meeting slated for Sunday, January 28.

Thank you! Our friends from Casa Latina informed us that we raised d$4,428 for Casa Latina at the Nov. 5 Dia de Los Muertos concert. Fantastic! Share Your Favorite Hymn! Sari Breznau, Plymouth Soul Choir Director invites requests and stories about your favorite hymns for 9 am worship. Your favorites will be programmed throughout the fall, with an invitation to introduce the hymn during worship and briefly explain your choice or a memory associated with your hymn. Donate school supplies for "Program Cool" a program of Seattle/King County Homeless Coalition. This is a collaborative drive with Seattle Infant Development Center. 

White Privilege Resources Available Online For your convenience, the UCC White Privilege curriculum
preparation sheets, readings and videos are posted on the Plymouth website and organized by session. Access them here. This is also a good option for those who would like to explore the curriculum and are not able to join a group. —Jennifer Castle
