Live and in Person

Virtual connection has kept us going but we are so ready to see you and reintroduce you to Plymouth Church Library’s wonderful collection of books and DVDs. While we are not yet able to invite you into the library itself, we are back with a book table/cart after church in the lounge. We are trying out different locations so search us out on Sunday.

The focus is on books about hope and faith to support our fall focus: Broken Hope, Bold Faith. For those who check out a book, we have a bookmark to use to mark your journey into what others have found in their creative explorations of hope and faith. And of course, many new books to check out, or browse during coffee hour. We can also pull any book from the library shelves that you have been wanting to check out.

We have reprinted part of an interview with activist, Mariame Kaba on how she keeps her hope alive while engaged in her work for social justice. Drop by and pick up a free copy.

And if that isn’t enough, we will be supporting the start of Banned Books Week on Sunday with information, resources, and copies of banned books in our collection for you to check out. See you next Sunday!
