Rev. Dr. Kelle Brown received the following letter of thanks for the food boxes Plymouth’s Deacons and Community and Care Board packed and distributed at Christmas.

Greetings, Dr. Brown and the Plymouth Congregation:

Thank you for your gift of over 50 meals that served families in our community. Those meals were able to serve over 200 individuals in Renton and Southern King County. Several of the families stated that the meals would ensure that they would have a good dinner for Christmas. All of them were appreciative of the kind of foods that were provided. The resources pamphlets provided especially fio teens were well received.

We (SKY) appreciate the partnership and hope to do even greater things in the upcoming year. We have faithfully tried to help the community in small ways with the resources we have. Your partnership and gift enabled us to reach more in the community.

There are so many in need and with the rising cost of food, endeavors like these are more essential. Our only goal is to restore hope to those on the margins and help them connect to vital resources as they stabilize their lives, and to let them know that they do not stand alone. Your donations and support are critical in the ongoing work that we do. We cannot do this without supporters such as you.
