We are so proud to share our newest building with you! Located in the Eastgate neighborhood of Bellevue, Plymouth Crossing is our first building outside of Seattle and the very first permanent supportive housing on the Eastside. This project is truly a milestone in our mission to address the homelessness crisis—and proof that multifaceted, collaborative efforts make all the difference.
Plymouth Crossing is part of the Eastgate Housing Campus, an innovative partnership with Congregations for the Homeless (CFH) and Inland Group that will bring a range of crucial homelessness services and affordable housing options to Bellevue. In addition to our 92-apartment permanent supportive housing building, CFH will operate a 100-bed men’s shelter, and Inland Group will provide 353 units of affordable housing.
The sixth building to open thanks to our PROOF Capital Campaign, Plymouth Crossing will provide space for people who experienced homelessness to heal and rebuild their lives knowing their home is permanent. Residents will have access to a range of supportive services on-site, including case management, physical and behavioral health care, and 24-hour front-desk staff. In addition to these supports, the building features a community room with computers and a patio with shaded seating.
Our first building in Bellevue was possible thanks to the meaningful relationships we’ve developed in East King County. We are grateful for volunteer support from AvalonBay Communities, IKEA, the Okada family and neighbors, Salesforce, and Windermere Real Estate. These groups helped set up, beautify our space, and outfit apartments with supplies and pantry items.
