Remember and honor friends and family who have passed by writing their names in the Book of Life. The book becomes part of worship on All Saints Sunday, November 2. Names of those who have passed in the last 12 months will be spoken in prayer during service that Sunday. Fill out this simple form to add names (please place an asterisk by names of those who have passed in the previous 12 months), or sign the book at Plymouth in the Lounge.
