Creatively Maladjusted This fall, Plymouth invites you to participate in our 2025 stewardship campaign: Creatively Maladjusted. Inspired by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., we joyfully reject the status quo of injustice and complacency. Your financial generosity helps fuel ministries of justice, love, inclusion, music, and worship. Join us as we seek to raise $500,000 and embody courageous, creative generosity.
Need Support? If you are feeling in need of understanding, connection and support, consider joining our Transitions Support Group. We meet monthly on Zoom and help each other through life's ups and downs. Contact Faith Community Nurse June Hayakawa-Fung.
Remain Aware Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has recently announced an end to their long-standing policy of not entering places of worship on enforcement operations. We have no information that ICE is planning such action in Seattle, but if for any reason you are concerned about the possibility, we encourage you to worship with us online.
Please Remember Plymouth now receives mail at a PO Box instead of our street address. Send all postal correspondence to: Plymouth Church UCC / PO Box 21368 / Seattle WA 98111.

Which Church is Dying? "The church of empire might be. But I’m not ready to call time of death on the mystical body of Christ. 'You understand that the church is dying, don’t you?' I’ve been asked this question often since I enrolled in seminary last year. The well-intentioned people who ask do so out of genuine concern. As far as they can tell, I’ve lost my capacity for sound vocational judgment. I’ve essentially boarded the Titanic, and I need urgent protection from my own naïveté..." Stand with the Duwamish The Duwamish are the First People of present-day Seattle, and are the original stewards of this land. Yet the U.S. Government has continually failed to give the Duwamish People their rightful recognition. This is an injustice that has persisted far too long. Take action today and sign the petition to grant Federal tribal recognition. Click here to sign.
