William is thriving at Plymouth Housing thanks to support from his on-site case manager, Jaclyn. He finds fulfillment in cooking breakfast for people in his building. It's a way to give back: "If you've got a little extra, give it to the people that don’t got it,” he says. “I mean, isn't that what it's all about?"
