9 am Contemplative Time

Contemplative practices are healthy for your body, mind and spirit. Come and experience together a time of quiet contemplation on the four Sundays of November at 9 am in the Chapel. With music, guided meditation, silence and prayer, we will listen for the Holy together. December 2, 9, 16 and 23 spiritual practice will be yoga with Anna Colwell at 9 am in Room 221. Please join us!
