Community Supported Agriculture at Plymouth... every Sunday!

July 25, 2012

Imagine a box of fresh, organic and locally grown fruit and vegetables waiting for you after church?  Boxes are dropped off at 9:30 a.m. every Sunday at Plymouth.   Not in church each Sunday?  Not a problem!  Just place a hold on delivery if you are out of town.  No excuse to join the 40 Plymouth households who have taken a fruitful step toward better eating by signing up to own shares of Oxbow Farms, a 120-acre organic farm in Carnation WA.  Plymouth is now in its second year as a community supported agriculture (CSA) drop-off site for Oxbow Farms.  Visit their website to sign up!  Questions? Contact Leona Warner at 404/798-1082.

A great way to eat better and support sustainability, Plymouth’s CSA program is one of the many ways in which Plymouth’s Eco Power Team is working to support environmental justice and sustainable living at Plymouth and beyond.  If you would like to become more involved in the incredible work of Plymouth’s Eco-Power Ministry Team, contact Tad Anderson at
