Remember when the children in our church school were baptized? During a baptism, the congregation promises their “love, support and care.” This is a covenant to share your life and faith and to ensure these children may be transformed in their Christian life and faith. Working with youth offers a way to put your covenant into action! We have five opportunities to step up to the call and invest your talents and time in these kids. I talked to Kevin Bechtold at our church leadership retreat, and learned he is looking for a female companion to help him this year with MYF. Anna Colwell is also looking for both a male and female partner to help lead YF this year. Wait… there’s more! Our K-5 and toddler/pre-k classrooms are also in need of full-time teachers for the program year. Our youth at Plymouth need leaders this year. Perhaps it’s you!? If you feel God’s call, we will help empower you! Please call Jenny Kaiton at 818-399-1503, call the office or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
