If you are an unpaid volunteer with a non-profit engaged in social service, social justice, social action or social change, you can apply for an Inspiration Grant from Plymouth Community Service and Social Action (CSSA) fund to benefit “your” organization as their sponsor. Each year the CSSA Board awards one-time grants of up to $2,000 each to organizations Plymouth members are involved in and that meet eligibility criteria.
Grantees (Plymouth sponsors) are asked to provide a Herald article, bulletin announcement and one other form of advertising for the organization during the grant year. This gives the congregation opportunities to learn more about the organization and get involved. The intent of these one-time grants is to fulfill the CSSA board's mission to open the congregation to the transforming power of God’s spirit in ways that lead to social change.
Deadline for applications is Friday, March 15, 2019.
