Come to Youth Forum Coffee House

February 5, 2019

Plymouth Youth Forum is pleased to announce its 2019 Mission Trip! Spring 2019, we travel to The Good Shepherd United Church of Christ in Sahuarita, Arizona. There, we will learn more about border immigration realities as experienced by those living near the heart of the issues.

In light of current political events, we feel that immigration justice should be at the forefront of our faith formation and educational efforts. It will be our honor to work alongside our program leader, Rev. Dr. Randy Mayer, a leader in immigration education and justice in the Arizona-Mexico border region. We hope to deepen our understanding of what it means to ‘love thy neighbor’ and dive further into understanding complexities of immigration through a UCC lens.

Our main fundraiser is the Coffee House event scheduled for 6 pm, Saturday, March 30, in Hildebrand Hall. Join us as we celebrate one another’s talents and give in to some healthy dessert competition! Participate and sign up to share your talent! Contribute a dessert for our dessert dash! Sign-up sheets located in the hallway adjacent to the church office. All proceeds benefit our youth mission trip. We hope to see you there!

Thank you for your support and enthusiasm. Plymouth congregation continues to overwhelm our high school youth program with generosity and grace.

With love,

Plymouth Youth Forum
