Plymouth rates high in social justice concerns and caring for each other. Yet we sometimes struggle to talk about our faith in ways that match our contemporary understandings of the universe. And for many of us, the Bible is more often a problem than a resource.
Join us 5:30-6:45 pm, Thursday, January 7, in Room 322, when Don Mayer introduces how to read the Bible in the 21st Century. The emphasis will focus on how the Bible itself demonstrates radically changing ideas of God in response to wildly changing times—inviting us to explore exciting new ways to articulate our faith in our times.
