Organ Concert this Sunday

This Sunday, March 5, at 2 pm, Faythe Freese, Professor of Organ at the University of Alabama School of Music, plays music of Charles Tournemire, Louis Vierne, Max Reger and Pamela Decker. Dr. Freese is in demand as a concert artist, and is the first American woman to record at L’Eglise de la Sainte-Trinité, Paris on the landmark instrument where Guilmant, Messiaen and Hakim were titular organists. Concert benefits Mary’s Place. Suggested donation $15. Free parking available in Plymouth Garage.

Friday, March 24, 8 pm Choral Arts Northwest: World Premiere Oratorio – John Muelheisen’s “But Who Shall Return Us Our Children: A Kipling Passion.” The work seeks to honor and bring voice to the often-silent suffering of both our veterans and their families. Tickets available at
