2018 Pacific Northwest Interfaith Peace Walk
No More War- A World without Nuclear Weapons

This annual Interfaith Peace Walk from Eugene (OR) thru Seattle (WA) is sponsored by Nipponzan Myohoji Buddhist Order, Eugene and Tacoma Catholic Worker, Ground Zero Center for Nonviolent Action, Lake Forest Park for Peace, American Indian Organization for Change (CA), Veterans for Peace (ME and Others), Foot Prints for Peace (OH, Australia) and more. Aug. 1 Wed. Peace boat action in Sea Fair, Seattle-optional.

Aug. 2 Thurs, Walk in Seattle -12 miles
9 am S. Othello St. & MLK Jr. Wy S.- 10 am Rainier Ave. & MLK (Mt. Baker Station)-S. Jackson St. -2nd Ave - 12 pm West Lake Park (Lunch) – Broadway - Roanoke Park – Univ. Bridge- 3:20 pm Sadako statue (Seattle Peace Park), NE 40th St. & NE Pacific St. Seattle Ferry Terminal 4:45 pm (35minutes) – 5:20 pm Bainbridge Island (ferry $4-8 each)
