Seeking Accommodations for Conference Attendees

October 29, 2019

The Reconcile and Reform Conference will be hosted by Plymouth Church UCC on November 7-9, bringing people from all over the United States and beyond. Greeters are needed for the event. Please contact the church office if you can help.

Do you have room to accommodate attendees? We currently have one request to house six LGBTQIA college students who are coming from Mississippi and have not experienced being welcomed as their full, true selves in Christian spaces. This group includes one student who uses a wheelchair and will need ADA accessible accommodations. Ideal housing would be close to Plymouth (got a spare room at Horizon House?) but rooms from Ballard to Bellevue would be put to good use. Please email Joan Griswold if you are called to this ministry of hospitality and are able to provide accommodations. Thank you.
