Walk the Labyrinth Thursday, October 3

September 24, 2019

The Plymouth labyrinth is offered on the first Thursday of each month between 10 am and 2 pm in the Sanctuary. It is non-denominational and open to all.

A meditative walk on a fixed path in quiet surroundings can offer surprising calm, and allow a level of focus hard to come by in our busy lives. Some people walk the labyrinth to quiet the mind, to pray, or to find connection to a higher power. Some might focus on a particular problem to discover new insights. Others walk seeking peace and balance in their lives, or to reduce stress. Many come away feeling energized and refreshed. Please join us in the Sanctuary to experience the walk for yourself.
